Champion Guide
How to introduce Rhenari to your organization.
You've decided Rhenari is worth evaluating. This guide helps you introduce it to the people who need to approve it — your manager, your IT lead, your security team. It tells you what to say, what to send, and how to answer the questions they'll ask.
How to describe Rhenari
The one-sentence version and the two-minute version.
One sentence
Continuous roadmap monitoring for SaaS product leaders — it reads execution signals from the tools we already use and tells us whether we're actually shipping what we planned.
Two minutes
We lose visibility as we scale. Status updates get filtered. By the time something surfaces in a quarterly review, we've already lost weeks of execution. Research suggests up to 40% of product team capacity is lost this way. Rhenari connects to our existing tools — Jira, Teams, Azure DevOps — and reads behavioral patterns to surface whether execution is tracking against the plan. It delivers two scores: Momentum (are we converging on our goals?) and Confidence (is the signal strong enough to trust?). Delivered in plain language, directly in Teams. It never stores message content, never surfaces individual-level data, and nothing is deployed in our environment.
What to send to whom
Match the document to the audience.
| Audience | What to Send | What They Care About |
|---|---|---|
| Your manager (VP / CEO / COO) | Product Overview (one-pager) or Pitch Deck | What problem does this solve? Is it worth our time? Does it fit our budget? |
| IT / Security lead | Security Overview + FAQ document | What does it access? How does it handle our data? What's the compliance posture? Does it deploy into our environment? |
| CISO / Procurement | Security Overview + request an architecture review from Rhenari | Tenant isolation, encryption, secret storage, audit trail, SOC 2 status, DPA/BAA availability |
| Peer VP / fellow leader | Product Overview (one-pager) or a specific blog post that matches their pain | Does this actually work? Is it credible? Would I look smart recommending it? |
| Chief of Staff | Pitch Deck + FAQ | How does this operationalize? What does onboarding look like? How much of my time does it take? |
| Finance / Budget | Product Overview + pricing conversation with Rhenari | What does it cost? What's the minimum commitment? Can we start small? |
The questions they'll ask
And how to answer them.
“Is this monitoring our employees?”
No. Rhenari reads organizational patterns — communication rhythms, decision cadence, delivery signals — not individual behavior. Individual-level data is never surfaced to any user. All outputs are team-level only, with minimum group sizes enforced. It does not track keystrokes, capture screenshots, or produce individual performance metrics.
“Does it read our messages?”
Rhenari reads behavioral metadata — who communicated with whom, when, and in what pattern. Message bodies are never stored. When the AI needs to classify an event, it may read source content ephemerally, process it, and immediately discard it. The structured insight is kept. The source content is not. Every content read is gated by explicit consent configured during onboarding.
“They don't have SOC 2 yet — can we trust them?”
Rhenari's architecture is mapped to all eight SOC 2 Type II trust service criteria and is operating in alignment. They're pursuing certification. They're transparent about where they stand — the security overview and a detailed architecture review are available for your security team to evaluate directly. Ask for the architecture review if you need to go deeper than the one-pager.
“How is this different from the dashboards we already have?”
Dashboards show data. They don't interpret it. They tell you what happened — they don't tell you what it means or what to do about it. Rhenari applies pattern recognition to the raw execution signals and delivers interpreted, actionable intelligence in plain language. It answers the question the dashboard can't: "Are we actually going to ship what we planned?"
“What does it cost?”
Pricing is by conversation — scoped to team size and stage. Minimum 50 seats. Schedule a discovery call with Rhenari to discuss pricing specific to your organization.
“What if we want to leave?”
Rhenari provides a data export before deletion — scored outputs, insights, workflow records, and configuration. After the export window, they delete tenant data per the contract. No infrastructure teardown is required because nothing was deployed in your environment.
