Never chase a status update again.

The MRI for your product roadmap execution.

Rhenari reads execution signals from the tools your teams already use and tells you, in plain language, whether your organization is converging on its goals or drifting off track. Insights and alerts are delivered in plain language in Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or Slack. Every day.

Why Rhenari

An actionable read on plan execution is essential.Getting one is remarkably difficult.

You've tried tracking tools.

Every tool built for this runs on testimony. Someone types a status; the tool collates it and automates the reminders when no one does. Dashboards display what was reported.

You've hired consultants.

They look at execution directly, and they read it well. But they see what they're shown, gathered by hand, and it's weeks old by the time it reaches you. Then they leave.

Now there's Rhenari.

Rhenari reads execution signals directly from the tools your teams already use — before anyone summarizes anything — and returns consultant-grade findings in plain language, continuously.

  2. Rhenari reads it directly
  3. Rhenari interprets
  4. Findings, daily

Same work. Tools repeat what people report. Consultants interpret a moment in time. Rhenari reads the work continuously.

How it works

Three steps. No infrastructure. No new workflow.

1

Connect

Rhenari connects to the collaboration, project management, and development tools your teams already use. Setup is in-product. Nothing is deployed in your environment.

2

Read

Rhenari reads action metadata continuously — the record of what happened, when it happened, and what it meant for the overall goal. Message bodies and content are never stored.

3

Surface

Rhenari delivers two scores — Momentum and Confidence — in plain language, in Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or Slack. With an explanation of what's driving them and what to do about it.

What you get

Two numbers. And what to do about them.

MomentumSigned −10…+10
−10+10

+3.4

Momentum

Whether your organization is actually converging on its stated goals.

Not velocity. Not throughput. Momentum measures directional progress — whether the signals across your team's tools show alignment between what you planned and what's actually happening.

What it is not: Momentum is not a measure of how fast your team is moving. A team can have high velocity and negative Momentum.

ConfidenceStrong signal
84%▲ 1.8
070 — low-signal threshold100

Confidence

Whether the underlying signal is strong enough to trust the Momentum reading.

Low Confidence doesn't mean execution is poor. It means the picture may be incomplete — not enough signal has accumulated yet, or a data source has gone quiet. Confidence tells you how much to weight what you're seeing.

What it is not: Confidence is not a performance score. It is a data quality indicator.

AlertsUnprompted

Needs attention

Coordination friction — 5 unplanned meetings added this week.

Recommended: protect Thursday focus blocks.

Actionable alerts

What changed, why it matters, and what to do next — before you ask.

When Momentum or Confidence moves unexpectedly, Rhenari sends the finding to your work chat in plain language — the signals behind it and a recommended next step, while recovery is still cheap.

What it is not: a notification firehose. Alerts fire on meaningful movement, not every fluctuation.

What it connects to

Works with the stack you already have.

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft 365
Jira
Azure DevOps
Google Workspace
Google Chat
Slack
GitHub

More on the way! We're prioritizing customer requests. If you're evaluating and your stack isn't listed, ask.

Three ways to buy

Simplified procurement. Trusted platforms.

Direct

Buy straight from us on standard terms. The simplest path if you're not purchasing through a cloud agreement.

Microsoft Marketplace

Add Rhenari to your existing Microsoft agreement, billed through your current cloud relationship.

Google Cloud Marketplace

The same, through your existing Google Cloud agreement.

For teams with committed cloud spend, a marketplace purchase removes the slowest part of the deal — onboarding a brand-new vendor through legal, procurement, and finance. Your cloud provider is already an approved vendor.

What this isn't

Before you pattern-match.

Rhenari sits in a category of its own. The fastest way to understand it is to rule out what it isn't.

Not a planning tool. Rhenari doesn't help you build the roadmap. It monitors whether execution is actually following it.

Not an engineering analytics platform. Engineering analytics measure the delivery pipeline. Rhenari measures whether what's being delivered is what was planned.

Not an AI assistant. An assistant answers the question you asked. Rhenari surfaces what you didn't know to ask — because it reads signals you aren't watching.

Not surveillance. Rhenari reads signals — patterns of communication and activity. It never surfaces individual-level data. Outputs are team-level only. Minimum group size enforced.

How your data is handled

Read signals. Never store content.

Metadata

Rhenari reads behavioral metadata — who communicated with whom, when, and in what pattern. Message bodies, email content, and long-form text are never written to storage.

Ephemeral

When AI classification requires reading source content, it is processed ephemerally in memory and immediately discarded. Only the structured analytical output is persisted.

Managed

All application services, data storage, and scoring logic run on Rhenari-managed infrastructure. Nothing is deployed in your environment.

Isolated

Every tenant is isolated at every layer — identity, API, storage, analytics, and serving outputs. No cross-tenant data is ever in scope.

Encrypted

Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+) across all services.

The MRI for your product roadmap execution

Never chase a status update again.

Setup takes minutes, not months — direct or through your cloud marketplace.
