Contact Support

There are two ways to reach us. You can email us directly, or use the contact form on our contact page. Either way, we respond to all support requests within one business day.

Option 1 — Email us. Send an email to support@rhenari.com. To help us route your request and respond faster, please format your email as follows:

  • Subject: A short summary of your issue (for example, “Onboarding — Teams connector not syncing”).
  • Name: Your full name.
  • Company: Your organization's name.
  • Role: Your job title or role.
  • Issue: A clear description of what you need help with, including any relevant steps, error messages, or screenshots.
